Lev graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Commerce, specializing in Accounting. After graduation, he spent years working in banking and financial accounting before becoming a licensed, accredited mortgage professional. With his experience and commitment to help his clients, he quickly earned industry acknowledgment as one of Canada’s top performing mortgage experts. Today, with a great deal of accomplishments under his belt, he is one of the Managing Partners at Peak Mortgage. He is driven to help clients navigate the market and realize their home-ownership dreams. Lev is fluent in English, Russian, and Hebrew.

Julie Tran

Originally from the Alberta and raised in Vancouver, Julie has comprehensive knowledge about the real estate market on both sides of the Rockies. She has spent more than a decade working as a mortgage specialist and accredited investment funds advisor at one of Canada’s leading banks. She has been consistently recognized for her top performance nationwide. Julie’s expertise in mortgage planning has helped hundreds of clients save money and realize home-ownership. In 2019, she, along with Lev and Alex, launched Peak Mortgage - a long shared vision of creating a mortgage company that raises industry standards and exceeds customer satisfaction. Julie is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

After earning his Commerce degree specializing in Finance at the University of British Columbia, Alex gained in-depth knowledge of the real estate market by working closely with investors, developers, general contractors, realtors, and financial planning experts. Driven to help people make smart investment decisions, he became a licensed mortgage professional acquiring expertise in traditional, private, and commercial loans. More than a decade later, Alex is one of Peak Mortgage’s Managing Partners working hard to provide clients with first-class support. He believes in a down-to-earth approach to making a complex process comfortable and easy. He is fluent in English, Russian, and Hebrew.

Nia Sehgal
Account Manager

With years of experience working at Canada’s largest banks, and having received numerous awards and recognition for her excellence in customer service, Nia joined the Peak Mortgage team as the Accounts Manager. She works closely with clients throughout the entire mortgage process and is dedicated to making sure clients feel supported every step of the way, from start to finish and beyond. Nia is a strong believer in authenticity. Her everyday goal is to ensure clients receive worthy attention and honest, expert advice. For Nia, there’s nothing more satisfying than making her clients happy.

Jenny Le
Account Manager

Jenny is the Account Manager at Peak Mortgage. She works one-on-one with clients throughout the entire mortgage loan process to ensure they receive personalized service and expert advice at all times. Having lived abroad in Bali and other parts of the globe, Jenny brings her world-perspectives when meeting with clients. She values and understands that every person is unique and every mortgage application needs to be tailored to the client’s personal and financial profile. Jenny is passionate about helping others and believes in a down-to-earth approach, offering honest, creative, and reliable mortgage solutions for every need. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
