Akiko has over 12 years of experience providing customer services in the Education Industry. She joined one of the best post-secondary institutions in Canada as an Admissions Officer/Coordinator to implement the institution’s mandate to the admission process and improve application process and procedures for applicants’ and administrative needs. She enjoys being the backbone of the team and helping them achieve their goals. Akiko is fluent in Japanese and English.
